Alethia has delivered on programs spanning Space Domain Awareness, electromagnetic spectrum operations, SATCOM, data engineering, and security compliance. Below is a representative sample of completed and active work. References are available on request for all programs.
Alethia engineered and delivered the Spectrum Viewer Utility, a real-time RF signal monitoring and visualization platform now deployed across multiple programs. The SVU connects to Digital Signal Processing (DSP) engines via the Unified Data Library (UDL) to ingest Power Spectral Density data and present it in high-performance operator interfaces built for spectrum situational awareness.
The platform is currently deployed in Alethia's cloud environment under the Deep RF program supporting JCO spectrum operations, and was also delivered as a foundational capability to the Space ISAC Watch Center enabling operators to visualize RF activity and detect electromagnetic interference (EMI) events. AI/ML-based anomaly detection was integrated to flag interference and spoofing patterns without requiring manual spectral interpretation.
Alethia designed and deployed RavenEye, a Common Operational Picture for the Space ISAC Watch Center. RavenEye fuses satellite telemetry, satellite maneuver data, and RF spectrum monitoring feeds into a unified dashboard, giving operators the ability to rapidly identify, assess, and respond to space domain threats and electromagnetic interference events.
Key capabilities include AI/ML-driven anomaly detection in RF data, real-time data ingestion pipelines processing high-volume telemetry with sub-second latency, role-based access control for multi-tier user environments, and a microservices backend architecture designed for scalability and future integration of additional data sources. Alethia also provided operator training and documentation, and RavenEye has been used in live mission scenarios to support proactive EMI event reporting and coordination between commercial satellite operators and government stakeholders.
Alethia took ownership of a Navy electromagnetic spectrum operations platform that had aged into significant technical debt but remained operationally critical. The platform required full modernization and a complete security remediation to remain viable on Navy networks.
Alethia refactored the frontend into a microservices architecture using modern frameworks and CI/CD pipelines, integrated real-time RF and SATCOM telemetry feeds into a unified COP dashboard, and remediated thousands of STIG findings to achieve full Authority to Operate (ATO) under DoD RMF. The modernization was executed without interrupting operator workflows or mission data continuity. The result is a fully accredited platform that supports real-time electromagnetic spectrum situational awareness for Navy operators.
Alethia Software is a subcontractor to Omitron on the SOLACE program, providing frontend UI/UX development for a mission-critical Air Force situational awareness platform. Work includes Angular-based component development aligned with DoD Astro UX standards, delivering operator interfaces for real-time telemetry and mission data.
Alethia designed and delivered the Data Management Utility, a core component of the Range Management Software for the National Space Test and Training Range. The DMU manages ingest, transformation, and distribution of telemetry, tracking, and sensor data across distributed range systems, providing dynamic simulation-over-live playback capability for test and training validation.
Alethia built complex data pipelines for high-throughput data ingestion and enrichment, integrated radar, telemetry station, and command/control data into a unified range environment.
Alethia provided data engineering services supporting secure aggregation and cross-domain transfer of large, multi-classification datasets. The work involved designing data pipelines to ingest high-volume telemetry, imagery, and operational data from heterogeneous sources, fuse them into unified datasets, and transfer them through Cross-Domain Solutions in compliance with DoD security requirements.
Alethia completed multiple legacy GUI modernization efforts for major defense primes, replacing deprecated Flash-based operator consoles with secure, HTML5-based interfaces across satellite ground system programs. Work included SVG-based hardware status visualizations, JSON-driven configuration mechanisms for maintainable layouts, and JavaScript control logic for seamless backend integration.
